Offering over 39 years of experience in wafer fab management, construction and technology transfer roles, Paul now offers consulting services in all aspects of wafer fab construction and start-up, project management , performance, benchmarking, competitiveness and upgrades.
Paulâ€™s semiconductor career began with Fairchild SemiconductorÂ in South Portland in 1971 as a Production Supervisor and he successfully progressed in roles as Process Engineer, Manufacturing Manager ( 150mm fab ) , Project Manager for a 150mm greenfield facility and ultimately as Operations Manager.
His expertise includes process engineering in wafer fabrication, operations management in both front end and Assembly & Test. His career experience includes wafer fab construction and start-up of 150mm and 200mm fabs as well as technology transfers fab-to-fab and with external foundries.
While at NSC Paul managed their Trusted Foundry business supplying integrated circuits to various government agencies.
Paul holds an AAS degree in Applied Sciences, a BS in Business Management and an MBA from Stanford University
He and his family reside in Sanford, Maine.
